A new day and a new week ahead, a beautiful sunny Sunday morning in my part of the world, peaceful and serene northern scenery. It is 10.30am, my favourite time of each day. All morning duties are usually done, household settled or out and about and now time for a bit of me time. A perfect time for a pick me up and break-fast..…a strong brew of yorkshire tea with a hint of coffee and plenty of whole milk, and a catch up with the world outside of these physical walls….each to their own!

In such moments, I see how so very blessed I am. No matter the morning I had before then, I get the privilege to sit for a few minutes, take a deep breath, a gentle sniff of the morning brew and enjoy it with much gratitude.

In the same moment, I recognise many other stories are very different, some not as heart-warming as mine, so with Ms Tina Turner, I say a little prayer for the world. We all need it, whatever our story.

May the universe work in our favour this week. Let our faith in each waking day allow us to settle down with increasing shimmer of hope than we started with, no matter how it started. And any of us lucky to have a moment or few with a brew, hold those cups with great appreciation. In each sip, let us spare a thought, share a prayer and love! Have a blessed Sunday.

Let us find the small ways to leverage our higher self and thrive!

Faustina
