From the ticking of the clock on the wall to the changing seasons outside our windows. The glue that holds in place the intricate pieces creating and connecting our experiences, memories, and aspirations. Intangible yet omnipresent force that guides our journey, nudging us forward through the ebbs and flows of existence. 

 A constant companion and an elusive concept, always there yet somehow slipping through our hands like running water. Purifying, refreshing, sometimes too hot or too cold, yet fluid. And within its continuum, we find ourselves navigating the intricate dance of life between the past, present, and future. 

In its simplest form and moments, asleep or awake time often holds the most significance. Moments such as the soft purr of a cat curled up in our lap, the excitable, playful growl and affectionate licks of our dogs, the warm embrace of our loved ones, or the laughter shared with friends over a cup of tea, coffee or whatever drink brings us warmth. In our busy lives, home or away and all that fills our hours, moments that colour our days and infuse them with our version of meaning and purpose. 
 
In these relentless moments racing against the clock for growth, expansiveness and the exuberance of life, we are careful not to overlook the simple pleasures along the way, the most fulfilling and defining moments….the beauty of just being alive. A hope in the daybreak, sunrise on a good day yet an opportunity to start again. Moments of stillness we find in our truest selves. A sense of peace discovered only in the silence between heartbeats and the pause between breaths. A gentle rhythm of life’s symphony, an orchestra to be savoured a journey to be enjoyed in its simplest yet elegant form. 

Our ever present gift. A gift that cannot always be planned or managed away, a reminder of our mortality, and a call to live each day in our true essence with intention and purpose. In this gift of time, take a breath. In joyful moments, a little sigh, remembering these moments are all there is. Temporary, passing by the ticks of the clock yet filled with moments of hope and faith. Living and thriving in our best version best however that looks, filled with many moments with a brew, savoured!.
